Program Facilitator

Kristal is a highly skilled education professional with experience in supporting young people to nurture their sense of self. She is passionate about allowing opportunities for adolescents to realise their potential to bounce back from challenging situations and to recognise their own natural abilities.

With a background in psychology and secondary teaching and as a mum, Kristal sees the daily challenges faced by young people and recognises the deficit that sometimes exists between the social and emotional skills of adolescents and the challenges they face. This has lead to Kristal establishing futuR to assist young people in developing key life skills.

Kristal is the lead facilitator of the three day futuR Girls program and is a strong believer of life long learning. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Post-Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) and a Master of Business Administration.
